inner voice.osi

' no contest '

shape shifting thoughts transfigure
like chameleons camouflage
a trial is on
blindfolded , the heart , adjudicates
there is no colored vision
blows away that smoke screen
my breath
a plea is moved
of nolo contendere
the din of arguments dies
standing on the shores of time
i touch a grain of sand
washed by the waves of life
it coruscates with emotions
seems silent and speechless
speaking the lingo
of every inner voice
seeking a song of love ..

  2. 'every inner voice" at times, in conflict, yet the poem seems to suggest that beneath all the contending voices is a silent and speechless one, that knows the deep longing of all the voices. Beautifully done!

  3. "Love is blind," (and has no argument) the inner voice knows when love is right.

  4. moving away from the small arguments, the desire to win, the need for justice, bringing us to a place of quiet acceptance and simply being. This was lovely and spoke deeply to me.
